PE Mattress
Used for heat and sound insulation purposes in buildings (between walls, under screed and parquet) and in studios and similar spaces. It is also a suitable material for packaging electronic devices, furniture and white goods that are sensitive to impacts and similar factors, in addition to the insulation of pipes, boilers and similar equipment that cannot be insulated with insulating pipes due to their diameter and size.
From inter-floor screed applications to wall and roof sound insulation, from parquet sound and heat, vibration noise insulation to refrigerated vehicle insulation, from air conditioning internal and external unit components to sound and vibration insulation, it serves in a very wide area as heat and sound prevention in mechanical installations, as well as sound and vibration absorbing tape.
Metalized Mattress
It is generally recommended to use metalized mattress in humid floors and under underfloor heating systems. It shows higher performance in terms of vapor barrier, heat gain, etc. compared to bare material.
Metalized film-coated mattresses are produced by applying metalized film lamination on standard mattresses.
